Job summary

RBL Bank invites applications for the RBL Premier Banker Program, a collaboration with NIIT IFBI, to build a job-ready pool of Relationship Managers for Branch Banking and Retail Liabilities. As a Relationship Manager, you will source new-to-bank relationships, cross-sell wealth and business banking products, and drive revenue while meeting targets.

The program includes 2 months of residential training with a stipend of 40,000 per month, a starting fixed CTC up to 9 LPA plus incentives, and fee

Qualifications

• Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate (any stream) with minimum 50%
• Age: 25 to 35 years
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of current sales experience in Banking with an overall experience of 3+ years

Responsibilities

• Portfolio Management: regularly contacting and meeting portfolio clients and profiling across products
• Acquiring new relationships through references and catchment mapping
• Sourcing Family accounts to strengthen and enhance relationships
• Cross selling engagement products such as FD, RD, SIP, Locker, debit and credit cards and Third Party products
• Deepening of Portfolio by cross selling revenue products like Assets, TPP and Liabilities
• Ensuring Aspire relationships sourcing quality accounts
• Achieving CASA and Total Deposit targets for the Relationship Manager
• Fee Revenue targets to be met by cross selling multiple product lines
• Mandatory certifications (AMFI and IRDA) and other internal training modules to be completed
• Channel penetration like net banking, mobile banking, Bill payments, SI registrations and ASE setup

Role Overview:

Relationship Managers will be responsible for generating revenue by sourcing new-to-bank relationships and cross- selling wealth and business banking products to individuals and business owners.

Program Highlights:

• Organization: RBL Bank

• Training Duration: 2 Months (Residential)

• Starting Compensation: Up to 9 LPA Fixed CTC + Incentives
• Program Fee: 1,60,000 + GST
• Fee Reimbursement: Reimbursed by RBL Bank in two installments after completion of 1 year and 2 years of service
