Qualifications

• Graduate or postgraduate (any stream) with minimum 50%.
• Age 25 to 35 years.
• Experience: minimum 3 years of current sales experience in Banking with an overall experience of 4+ years.

Responsibilities

• Portfolio management: actively contact and meet portfolio clients and cross-sell multiple products.
• Acquire new relationships through references and catchment mapping.
• Sourcing family accounts to strengthen relationships and deepen revenue streams.
• Cross-sell engagement products: FD, RD, SIP, Locker, debit and credit cards, and third-party products.
• Achieve CASA and total deposit targets; drive fee revenue through multiple product lines.
• Complete mandatory certifications (AMFI/IRDA) and internal trainings; drive channel penetration for netbanking & mobile banking.

RBL Premier Banker Program, a collaborative initiative between RBL Bank and NIIT IFBI, designed to create a job-ready pool of Relationship Managers for Branch Banking and Retail Liabilities business.

Role Overview:

Relationship Managers will be responsible for generating revenue by sourcing new-to-bank relationships and cross- selling wealth and business banking products to individuals and business owners.
