RBL Bank, in collaboration with NIIT IFBI, invites applications for the RBL Premier Banker Program to create a job-ready pool of Relationship Managers for Branch Banking and Retail Liabilities. Participants will begin as Relationship Managers, tasked with sourcing new-to-bank clients and cross-selling wealth and business banking products.

The program offers 2 months of residential training with a stipend of 40,000 per month and a starting fixed CTC up to 9 LPA plus incentives.

Qualifications

• Graduate or postgraduate in any stream with at least 50%.
• Age 25 to 35 years.
• Minimum 2 years of current sales experience in Banking with overall 3+ years.

Responsabilités

• Portfolio management with regular client meetings and cross-selling.
• Acquire new relationships via referrals and catchment mapping.
• Sourcing family accounts to strengthen and enhance relationships.
• Cross-sell engagement products (FD, RD, SIP, Locker, cards, third-party products).
• Deepen portfolio with assets, TPP and liabilities.
• Achieve CASA and total deposit targets.
• Meet fee revenue targets from multiple product lines.
• Complete mandatory AMFI and IRDA certifications and internal trainings.
• Promote channels like net banking, mobile banking, and bill payments.

Job description:

RBL Premier Banker Program, a collaborative initiative between RBL Bank and NIIT IFBI, designed to create a job-ready pool of Relationship Managers for Branch Banking and Retail Liabilities business.

Role Overview:

Relationship Managers will be responsible for generating revenue by sourcing new-to-bank relationships and cross-selling wealth and business banking products to individuals and business owners.

Program Highlights:

• Organization: RBL Bank

• Training Duration: 2 Months (Residential)
• Training Stipend: 40,000 per month
• Starting Compensation: Up to 9 LPA Fixed CTC + Incentives
• Program Fee: 1,60,000 + GST
• Fee Reimbursement: Reimbursed by RBL Bank in two installments after completion of 1 year and 2 years of service

Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate (any stream) with minimum 50%
• Age: 25 to 35 years
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of current sales experience in Banking with an overall experience of 3+ years

Roles and responsibility:

1. Portfolio Management regularly contacting and meeting portfolio clients. Profiling the clients a various products. cross selling
2. Acquiring new relationships through references and catchment mapping.
3. Sourcing Family a/es to strengthen and enhance the relationship
4. Cross selling various engagement products- FD, RD, SIP, Locker, debit and credit cards and Third Party products.
5. Deepening of Portfolio by cross selling various revenue products like Assets, TPP and Liabilities.
6. Ensuring the customers are meeting the criteria for Aspire relationships sourcing quality a/cs
7. Achieving CASA and Total Deposit targets set for the Relationship Manager
8. Fee Revenue Fee revenue targets to be met by cross selling multiple product lines to all customers.
9. Mandatory certifications (AMFI and IRDA) and other internal training modules to be completed.
10. Channel penetration like net banking, mobile banking, Bill payments, SI registrations and ASE setup
