Job summary

JOB PURPOSE

The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for complete commercial and quantity control of MIPL projects, from PO/contract receipt through procurement, execution, billing, variations, subcontractor certification, cost monitoring and final project closure.

The primary objective of the role is to ensure:

• Correct quantities are purchased and executed.
• Project costs remain within approved budgets.
• No material or financial leakage occurs.
• Client billing is maximised and submitted on time
• Subcontractor/vendor bills are verified against actual work.
• Variations and additional works are properly recorded and recovered.
• Project profitability is continuously monitored.
• Final project reconciliation is completed without commercial losses. ---
