Role: Quantity Surveyor

Role Description

• Estimation and preparation of master quantities for all items as per the comments on codes for the project.
• Preparation of Material reconciliation for A Class & Bulk materials on every month.
• Cash flow forecasts, P.O and W.O quantity preparation on every month.
• Certification of Labour bills & Certification of Subcontractor running bills and maintaining track sheet for the bills through ERP Software.
• Preparation of bar bending bending schedule.
• Preparation of project closure report.
• Preparation of profit loss statement for labour bill processing.
• Spent & Stock Preparation on every week.
• Preparing rate analysis for all activities.
• Responsible for cost analysis and control conducting feasibility studies for estimate materials, time and labour cost.
• Managing and assessing variations and providing accurate costing on works.
• Preparing actual productivity of technicians and comparing with budgeted productivity, discussing with project head to increase the efficiency of work.
• Should have experience in Residential as well as Commercial projects.
