Job summary

Vrinda Global in Pune seeks an experienced Quantity Surveyor to lead quantity surveying and commercial management for office fit-out/interior projects. You will prepare BOQ, cost estimates, tender reviews, and commercial comparisons while verifying RA bills and maintaining budget control.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Quantity Surveying / Commercial Management.
• Strong experience in commercial office fit-out/interior projects.
• Excellent knowledge of BOQ, estimation, rate analysis, billing, variation and claims management
• Degree in Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying / Construction Management preferred.

Responsibilities
