Job summary

Nautilus Consultants in Maharashtra, Chakan seeks a Lead QA/QC professional for heavy fabrication including heat exchangers, vacuum systems and pressure vessels. BE Mech with 10 years experience preferred. Reports to HOD/Director.

Role focuses on implementing QMS, QAPs, WPS/PQR, NDT and TPI, driving a zero-defect culture, and vendor evaluation across projects.

Qualifications

• Prepare Quality Dossier for all projects.
• NDT testing for all projects.
• NDT Level II – RT, UT, MPT & PT.
• TPI / Pre dispatch inspection.
• Quality management system ISO 9001:2015, 14001:2015 & 45001:2018.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA/QC for heavy fabrication; implement QMS, QAPs, WPS/PQR.
• Drive zero-defect culture and adherence to standards.
• Coordinate with HOD/Director for quality decisions.
