Job summary

Pyramid E&C is seeking a qualified individual to develop and implement Project Quality Plans, ensure compliance with QA/QC procedures, and coordinate inspections at the site in Mumbai. Candidates must have a First Class degree in Mechanical Engineering and relevant certifications such as CSWIP and ASNT Level II.

Responsibilities include monitoring subcontractors' work quality, conducting internal audits, and liaising with third-party inspection agencies. Candidates should have strong communication skills in English.

Qualifications

• Experience in developing Project Quality Plan and QA/QC procedures.
• Monitoring and ensuring welding quality at site.
• Inspection of raw materials and final inspection.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Third Party Inspection Agency and Clients for Inspection.
• Ensure appropriate corrective actions for non-conformances.
• Arrange internal quality audits at site.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Experience in developing Project Quality Plan, QA. QC procedures and Inspection and Test Plan in line with Project requirements and implementation & compliance of the same in the Project.
• Experience of WPS, PQR & WPQ. Monitoring & Ensuring Welding Quality at site. Items/welding.
• Inspection of raw materials, in-process inspection and final inspection at site and witnessing field/shop testing.
• Preparation of Inspection and Test Reports and Maintaining the same. Preparation of Project Dossiers.
• Monitoring subcontractors’ work quality at site.
• Ensuring Inspection and Test Equipments used in the project are calibrated and are maintained.
• Coordinate with Third Party Inspection Agency and Clients for Inspection.
• Ensuring appropriate Corrective actions are taken for any non-conformances observed in the site.
• Arrange internal quality audit at site and face quality audits by Client.

Qualifications

• Good Communication in English (Written & Spoken) and Presentation Skills.
• Should have additional professional qualification certification like CSWIP, ASNT Level II (RT, UT, MT & PT).
• Should have Knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management System.

Education: First Class degree in Mechanical Engineering.
