Job summary

Integrated Personnel Services Limited seeks a senior QA/Compliance professional with 15–20 years in heavy engineering fabrication. You will oversee ISO 9001 systems and liaise with TPIAs while ensuring stringent quality for pressure vessels, heat exchangers, and piping projects.

The role requires ASNT Level III NDT qualifications and deep knowledge of ASME, ASTM, API, and AWS codes. Lead audits, drive continuous improvement, and ensure regulatory conformity on complex fabrication sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in mechanical or metallurgical engineering.
• 15 to 20 years of fabrication workshop experience.
• Experience in heavy engineering, pressure vessels, heat exchangers, piping, or structural steel fabrication.
• NDT qualifications with ASNT Level III in RT, UT, PT, MT.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and audit ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
• Manage interactions with third-party inspection agencies (TPIAs) like EIL, LRS, TUV, DNV and BVIS.
• Act as the primary technical contact for client quality audits.
