Job summary

Crescon Projects is seeking a QA/QC Engineer Mechanical with 7+ years of experience to lead QA/QC activities for mechanical systems in data centre and industrial projects.

The role emphasizes welding inspection, NDT, testing, and cross-functional coordination with production, design and clients. Immediate or short-notice candidates are preferred.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of mechanical QA/QC experience required.
• Experience in data centre or industrial projects is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of QA/QC documentation, welding inspection, NDT & testing.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and implement ITP, QAP & Method Statements.
• Inspect incoming materials and maintain material traceability.
• Monitor fabrication, fit-up & welding activities.
• Ensure compliance with WPS, PQR & Welder Qualifications.
• Coordinate and review NDT RT, UT, PT & MT.
• Witness hydro/pressure testing and verify test reports.
• Conduct final inspections and prepare QA/QC dossiers.
• Support QA/QC activities through Testing & Commissioning.
• Raise, monitor and close NCRs with corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Production, Design, Consultants & Clients.

Key Responsibilities:
