Job summary

Iqra Quality Services in Hyderabad seeks a QA/QC Inspector to conduct quality control inspections of structures and welding in compliance with AWS/ASME standards. You will review inspection reports, test results, and certifications, and maintain meticulous records.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements, issue observations and NCs for non-conformances, and perform NDT testing, blasting, and painting inspections while reading structural steel drawings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality control inspections of Structures and welding processes to ensure compliance with AWS/ASME standards.
• Perform third party inspection (TPI) audits to verify adherence to quality control procedures.
• Review documentation related to QA/QC activities, including inspection reports, test results, and certifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in the quality control process.
• Ensure accurate recording of inspection data and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
• Issue of Observations and NC's for non compliances.
• NDT testing, Blasting inspection, Painting inspection.
• Good hands on reading and referring structural steel Drawings
• Issuance of Daily & Weekly consolidated report.
