Job summary

Invok Hr is seeking a QA specialist to supervise quality assurance plans aligned with client specifications and code requirements. The role involves inspecting shop-floor fabricated equipment per QAP, material identification, dimensional checks, NDE, heat treatment, surface prep and painting, and issuing release notes.

The candidate will coordinate with third-party inspection agencies, conduct pre-inspection meetings with the client, and ensure compliance with ASME Section VIII – Div 1 & 2.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing QA plans per client specs.
• Inspect shop floor equipment per QAP and standards.
• Prepare NCRs and deviation requests.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with third party inspection agencies for site visits.
• Participate in pre-inspection meetings with client production teams.
• Ensure compliance with ASME Section VIII – Div 1 & 2.

Job Description:

• Follow-up & Supervise the quality assurance plans as per the clients specifications, code requirements. Also prepare the necessary procedures e.g. hydro test, pneumatic test, heat treatment, NDE procedures, surface preparation & painting procedures
• Responsible for inspection of shop floor fabricated equipment to TPI/Clients as per approved QAP i.e. raw material identification, dished ends inspection, set- ups, dimensional inspection, NDT, heat treatment, testing of pressure parts, surface preparation & painting and getting release notes/dispatch clearances from them
• Preparation of non-conformance reports/ deviation concession request
• To coordinate & deal with third party inspection agencies for visit at our works
• Pre inspection meeting with the client Production schedule meetings.
• Well verse with the knowledge of ASME Section VIII – Division 1 & 2
