Job summary

Sofomation Energy seeks an experienced QA/QC inspector for on-site work. Requirements include 8 years with a degree or 12 years with a diploma in Mechanical/Metallurgical Engineering, plus CSWIP 3.1 or AWS-SCW I and NDT Level II.

BGAS-CSWIP Painting Inspector Grade 1/2 or NACE Level 1/2 is favored, with strong knowledge of QA/QC, materials inspection, welding, and relevant ASTM/ASME/API codes.

Qualifications

• 8 years experience for degree holders; 12 years for diploma holders.
• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Metallurgical Engineering.
• Must hold CSWIP 3.1 or AWS-SCW I.
• NDT Level II is mandatory.
• BGAS-CSWIP Painting Inspector Grade 1/2 or NACE Level 1/2 preferred.
