Job summary

Crescon Projects & Services Pvt. Ltd. is seeking Quantity Surveyors – Electrical/Mechanical to manage QS, measurement, billing and cost control for industrial and data centre projects across PAN India.

Ideal candidates hold a BE/B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with 5–10 years of relevant experience, and are proficient in BOQ, measurements, MS Excel and AutoCAD.

The role requires coordinating with multiple teams to ensure accurate quantities and robust commercial reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/ diploma holder in electrical or mechanical engineering with 5–10 years of relevant Quantity Surveying / Billing experience.
• Proficient in BOQ, quantity take-off, measurements, billing and rate analysis.
• Experience in Industrial / Data Centre / MEP projects is desirable.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel and AutoCAD.
• Willingness to work at PAN India project locations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review BOQ, quantity take-offs and material quantities.
• Prepare and verify RA bills, interim bills and final bills.
• Carry out measurement and quantity verification at project sites.
• Check contractor/subcontractor bills against BOQ, drawings and actual site measurements.
• Conduct rate analysis, cost estimation and variation calculations.
• Track material consumption, quantities executed and project costs.
• Identify and record variations, additional works and deviations.
• Coordinate with Project, Planning, Estimation, Procurement and Site teams.
• Review drawings and specifications to ensure accurate quantity calculations.
• Maintain proper billing records, measurement sheets and QS documentation.
• Support project teams in cost control and commercial reporting.

Position Overview

Electrical BOQ, cable/conduit quantities, cable tray, panels, transformers, DBs, lighting, power systems, earthing, electrical installations and billing.

For Mechanical QS

Candidates should have experience in areas such as:

HVAC, ducting, piping, chilled water systems, equipment, pumps, insulation, fire fighting/mechanical services and MEP billing.

Qualification

• B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• 5–10 years of relevant experience in Quantity Surveying / Billing / Commercial functions.
• Experience in Industrial / Data Centre / MEP projects will be relevant.
• Good knowledge of BOQ, quantity take-off, measurements, billing and rate analysis.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel and AutoCAD.
• Willingness to work at PAN India project locations.
