Job summary

Crl Interior And Fit Out is seeking a QS & Billing Engineer to manage quantity surveying, measurement, and commercial activities for interior and fit-out projects. You will prepare client RA bills, perform BOQ reconciliation, and verify subcontractor/vendor bills, ensuring alignment with contracts and approved drawings.

The role emphasizes accurate measurement, timely billing, and support for project cost control and profitability through diligent documentation and MIS reporting.

Qualifications

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or related field.
• Additional certification in Quantity Surveying / Contracts Management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage quantity surveying, measurement, billing, and commercial activities for assigned interior and fit-out projects.
• Prepare and submit client RA bills, measurements, BOQ reconciliation, and subcontractor/vendor bills.
• Ensure works are measured, billed per BOQ, PO, drawings, specifications, and contractual terms within the billing schedule.
• Support project cost control, monitor quantities, material usage, subcontractor costs, variations, and billing progress against budgets.
• Maintain documentation and coordination for project billing processes and MIS reporting.
• Oversee variation and extra-work management, rate analysis, and documentation.

Role & responsibilities

To manage and control all quantity surveying, measurement, billing, and commercial activities for assigned interior and fit-out projects. The QS & Billing Engineer will be responsible for accurate preparation and submission of client RA bills, measurements, BOQ reconciliation, subcontractor/vendor bill verification, variation claims, extra-item billing, and quantity reconciliation.

The role will ensure that all executed works are properly measured, supported by required documentation, billed as per approved BOQ, PO, drawings, specifications, and contractual terms, and submitted within the agreed billing schedule. The position will also support project cost control and profitability by monitoring executed quantities, material consumption, subcontractor costs, variations, and billing progress against project budgets.

The primary objective of the QS & Billing Engineer is to ensure that every executed work is accurately measured, properly documented, timely billed, commercially protected, and effectively reconciled, thereby supporting timely cash flow, project cost control, and overall project profitability
