Job summary

Inco Builders in Hyderabad seeks an experienced QS & Billing Engineer to manage quantity surveying, estimation, billing, measurements and cost control on building projects.

You will prepare BOQ and estimates, verify drawings against site measurements, and coordinate with site teams to ensure timely client and contractor bills are issued.

Qualifications

• B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering
• 5-8 years of relevant experience in QS & Billing for building construction projects
• Experience in commercial, residential, hotels, hospitals, or high-rise projects preferred

Responsibilities

• Prepare and verify BOQ, quantity take-offs, estimates, and rate analysis
• Prepare Client RA Bills, Contractor/Subcontractor Bills based on site measurements
• Verify measurements from drawings and actual site work
• Prepare Measurement Sheets, Abstract Sheets, and Bill Summaries
• Check executed quantities against approved drawings and BOQ
• Prepare Material Reconciliation, Variation, Extra Item, and Deviation Statements
• Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Managers, Consultants, and Contractors
• Review drawings for quantity calculations and prepare estimates for civil and finishing works
• Monitor project costs and assist in cost control
• Verify subcontractor bills and supporting documents
• Coordinate with Planning and Project teams for progress measurement and billing
• Maintain records of BOQs, measurements, bills, variations, and work orders
• Prepare billing and cost-related MIS reports
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of client and contractor bills
