Job summary

Rcpc is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to manage billing, take-offs, and cost control across industrial, commercial, manufacturing, and EPC projects. The role requires interpreting drawings and BOQs, coordinating approvals with site engineers and clients, and maintaining thorough project records.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s or Diploma in Mechanical or Civil Engineering, 6+ years in quantity surveying, and strong knowledge of contracts and measurement practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, or Civil Engineering.
• 6+ years of experience in Quantity Surveying, Billing, or Cost Management.
• Experience in Industrial, Commercial, Manufacturing, or EPC projects is preferred. Strong knowledge of quantity surveying and billing procedures.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and BOQs. Good understanding of contracts and measurement.
