• Must have a B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering with minimum 1 year billing experience.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with AutoCAD and billing software is preferred.
• Strong understanding of BOQ, contracts, and quantity measurement is required.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; able to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare RA Bills, Final Bills, and Client Bills as per project progress.

The candidate will be responsible for preparing client and subcontractor bills, verifying quantities, coordinating with project teams, and ensuring timely submission of bills and payment documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare RA Bills, Final Bills, and Client Bills as per project progress.
• Measure and verify work quantities based on approved drawings and site measurements.
• Prepare and submit subcontractor and vendor bills after verification.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, and
• Quantity Surveyors for billing documentation.

• Verify BOQ quantities and ensure billing is in accordance with contract terms.
• Assist in preparing variation orders, extra item bills, and reconciliation statements.
• Follow up on bill approvals and payment status with clients and internal departments.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, contractual requirements, and project timelines.
• Prepare monthly billing reports and support project cost monitoring.
• Maintain proper documentation for audits and project handovers.
