The candidate will handle RA billing, BOQ reconciliation, subcontractor/vendor bills, and close coordination with site teams.

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering; 6-8 years in building projects.
• Strong experience in quantity surveying, billing and client coordination.
• Experience in large-scale residential, commercial or high-rise projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare client RA bills based on actual site measurements and executed quantities.
• Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and BOQ reconciliation.
• Prepare subcontractor/vendor bills and verify quantities per drawings, BOQ and work orders.
• Coordinate with site execution team for accurate measurement and documentation of completed works.
• Prepare and maintain Measurement Sheets, Abstract Sheets and Billing Statements.
• Ensure timely submission of bills to the client/consultant for certification.
• Follow up with client/consultant for bill verification and certification and resolve billing queries.
• Track status of submitted, certified and paid bills.
• Prepare reconciliation statements for materials such as steel, cement and other major construction materials.
• Verify work quantities against drawings, specifications and site measurements.
• Identify variations, extra items and deviations from contract/BOQ and maintain records.
• Assist in preparation and submission of variation statements and extra-item claims.
• Review drawings and specs to ensure correct quantity calculations and billing.
• Coordinate with consultants, client representatives, subcontractors and internal project teams.
• Maintain documentation for measurements, bills, certifications and supporting records.
• Assist the project manager in cost monitoring and quantity control.
• Prepare monthly billing forecasts and support project commercial reporting.

## Experience

• *6-8 years* of relevant experience in *building construction projects*, preferably in large-scale residential, commercial or high-rise projects.

## Required Technical Skills

• Good knowledge of *BOQ, rate analysis, RA billing and final billing*.
• Good understanding of civil construction activities and specifications.
• Proficiency in *MS Excel* for quantity calculations, reconciliation and billing reports.
• Strong understanding of client billing procedures and documentation.
• Experience in obtaining *client/consultant certification of RA bills* is essential.

## Preferred Experience

• Experience in *high-rise residential, commercial or large-scale building projects*.
• Experience in handling *client billing as well as subcontractor billing*.
• Knowledge of contract conditions, variations, extra items and reconciliation will be an advantage.
