Qualifications

• B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 1 year of billing and quantity measurement experience.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and billing software; AutoCAD preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare RA Bills, Final Bills, and Client Bills as per project progress.
• Measure and verify work quantities based on drawings and site measurements.
• Submit subcontractor and vendor bills after verification.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, and Quantity Surveyors.
• Maintain billing records, measurement sheets, and supporting documents.
• Track project progress and prepare billing reports.
• Verify BOQ quantities and ensure billing aligns with contracts.
• Prepare variation orders, extra item bills, and reconciliation statements.
• Follow up on bill approvals and payment status with clients and internal departments.
• Ensure compliance with procedures and timelines.

We are looking for a detail-oriented Billing Engineer to prepare, verify, and manage project billing activities. The candidate will be responsible for preparing client and subcontractor bills, verifying quantities, coordinating with project teams, and ensuring timely submission of bills and payment documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare RA Bills, Final Bills, and Client Bills as per project progress.
• Measure and verify work quantities based on approved drawings and site measurements.
• Prepare and submit subcontractor and vendor bills after verification.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, and
• Quantity Surveyors for billing documentation.
• Maintain billing records, measurement sheets, and supporting documents.
• Track project progress and prepare billing reports.
• Verify BOQ quantities and ensure billing is in accordance with contract terms.
• Assist in preparing variation orders, extra item bills, and reconciliation statements.
• Follow up on bill approvals and payment status with clients and internal departments.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, contractual requirements, and project timelines.
• Prepare monthly billing reports and support project cost monitoring.
• Maintain proper documentation for audits and project handovers.
