Job summary

Inco Builders in India is seeking an experienced QS & Billing Engineer to handle quantity surveying, estimation, billing, measurements, cost control, and commercial activities for building construction projects. Candidate should have B.Tech / B.E.

in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering and up to 38 years of relevant experience in QS & Billing for civil projects, including commercial, residential, or hospitality builds.

• 38 years of relevant experience in QS & Billing for building construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and verify BOQ, quantity take-offs, estimates, and rate analysis.
• Prepare Client RA Bills, Contractor/Subcontractor Bills based on site measurements.
• Verify measurements from drawings and actual site work.
• Prepare Measurement Sheets, Abstract Sheets, and Bill Summaries.
• Check executed quantities against approved drawings and BOQ.
• Prepare Material Reconciliation, Variation, Extra Item, and Deviation Statements.
• Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Managers, Consultants, and Contractors.
• Review architectural and structural drawings for quantity calculations.
• Prepare estimates for civil and finishing works.
• Monitor project costs and assist in cost control.
• Verify subcontractor bills and supporting documents.
• Coordinate with Planning and Project teams for progress measurement and billing.
• Maintain records of BOQs, measurements, bills, variations, and work orders.
• Prepare billing and cost-related MIS reports.
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of client and contractor bills.

38 years of relevant experience in QS & Billing for building construction projects.

Experience in commercial buildings, residential projects, apartments, hotels, hospitals, industrial buildings, or high-rise projects will be preferred.
