Job Summary

TDF – The Diamond Factory is looking for a detail‑oriented Order Executive to manage, track, and report jewelry orders across multiple departments. The role focuses on order ageing resolution, timely order closure, accurate reporting, and effective coordination between stores and internal teams for new, repair, and delayed orders.

Responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end order processing for new, repair, and cancelled orders.
• Monitor and resolve ageing orders across departments within defined timelines.
• Follow up with relevant teams to ensure timely movement and closure of pending orders.
• Prepare and maintain store‑wise order summary reports and cancelled order reports with reasons.
• Compile and update repair order summaries and maintain complete order documentation.
• Track delayed orders, record reasons, and maintain a delay order checklist.
• Coordinate with stores, production, repair, and logistics teams for order status updates.
• Act as a single point of contact for order‑related queries and escalations.
• Escalate critical delays or discrepancies to senior management when required.
• Ensure accuracy of data and maintain audit‑ready records in line with company SOPs.
