Qualifications

Responsibilities
Receive and process jewellery orders from sales teams, retailers, or clients.
Verify order details such as design, metal type, purity, weight, stone details, size, and delivery timelines.
Enter orders accurately into ERP/order management systems.
Coordinate with design, CAD, production, and sourcing teams for order execution.
Track order progress and ensure adherence to delivery schedules.
Communicate order status updates to sales teams and clients.
Coordinate with QC team to ensure orders meet quality standards before dispatch.
Handle order modifications, cancellations, and urgent requests efficiently.
Prepare order-related documents such as job cards, invoices, and dispatch notes.
Maintain accurate records of orders, deliveries, and pending jobs.
