Responsibilities

• Review and process customer purchase orders in line with quotations, contracts, and specifications.
• Ensure accuracy of order details (part numbers, revisions, quantities, pricing, delivery schedules).
• Enter and manage orders in ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / equivalent).
• Coordinate with production, planning, quality, and logistics to ensure on-time delivery.
• Monitor order progress and address bottlenecks; expedite critical shipments when needed.

Job Summary:

The Sales Order Management Executive is responsible for end-to-end processing, tracking, and coordination of customer orders within the aerospace manufacturing environment. This role ensures timely order execution, compliance with aerospace quality standards, and seamless communication between customers and internal departments such as production, planning, quality, and logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Order Processing & Management

• Review and process customer purchase orders in line with quotations, contracts, and specifications
• Ensure accuracy of order details (part numbers, revisions, quantities, pricing, delivery schedules)
• Enter and manage orders in ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / equivalent)

2. Cross-Functional Coordination

• Work closely with production, planning, procurement, quality, and logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery
• Monitor order progress and proactively address bottlenecks
• Coordinate for priority orders and expedite critical shipments

3. Compliance & Documentation

• Ensure adherence to aerospace standards (AS9100, NADCAP, etc.)
• Maintain accurate documentation for audits and traceability
• Verify contract compliance, export regulations, and customer-specific requirements

4. Delivery & Logistics Coordination

• Coordinate dispatch schedules and shipping documentation
• Ensure compliance with export/import requirements where applicable
• Track shipments and ensure timely delivery to customers

5. Reporting & Analysis

• Generate regular reports on order status, backlog, OTIF (On-Time-In-Full), and delays
• Analyze trends and recommend process improvements
• Support management with data for decision-making
