Golecha Realty in Pune is seeking a senior civil engineer to lead high-rise residential and commercial projects. You will oversee Mivan/Aluform, RCC, finishing and MEP coordination, driving planning, schedules and ERP-backed monitoring for on-time handover.

With 18+ years of experience and a BE Civil, you will strategically manage contractors, PMC, budgets, safety and timelines while delivering quality results across multiple site teams.

Qualifications

• Mivan/Aluform experience with at least 3 years hands-on.
• Completed ≥3 high-rise projects: 2 between 50–90m, 1 ≥90m.
• ERP-based project monitoring with procurement, billing and cost control.
• Proven high-rise construction execution: RCC, finishing, MEP, handover.
• Strong leadership: manage contractors, PMC, consultants, planning, budgets, safety and timelines.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end execution of high-rise residential and commercial projects.
• Monitor RCC, Mivan, finishing, facade, MEP and external development works.
• Drive project planning, construction schedules, floor cycles and timely completion.
• Manage contractors, consultants, PMC, procurement and site teams.
• Control project budgets, BOQ, RA bills, costs and resources.
• Ensure effective utilisation of ERP for project monitoring, procurement, billing and reporting.
• Ensure quality, safety, statutory compliance and project handover.
• Review project progress, resolve critical issues and report to senior management.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

Candidates must meet ALL the following criteria:

1. Mivan / Aluform Experience

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience on at least one Mivan / Aluminium Formwork project.

2. High-Rise Project Completion

Must have successfully completed at least 3 separate high‑rise projects:

• 2 projects of 50 to 90 metres in height.
• 1 additional project of 90 metres or above.

3. ERP Software Experience

• Must have hands‑on experience working with and operating ERP software for a minimum of 2-3 years OR at least one complete construction project.
• Experience in ERP-based project monitoring, procurement, material management, billing and cost control.

4. Project Delivery

• Proven experience in high‑rise construction execution, RCC, finishing, MEP coordination, project completion and handover.

5. Leadership

• Strong experience in managing contractors, PMC, consultants, planning, budgets, quality, safety and project timelines.
