Job summary

Karyan Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager Civil to lead real estate construction from inception to handover. You will drive on-time delivery, cost control, and quality, coordinating with architects, contractors, vendors and internal teams.

The role requires overseeing multiple high-rise projects and ensuring regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate has 10–15 years in civil construction, strong planning, budgeting, and leadership abilities, with proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• Certification in Project Management (PMP/Primavera/MS Project) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of residential/commercial/high rise real estate projects.
• Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
• Monitor progress to meet timelines, budgets and quality standards.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors and internal teams.
• Review drawings, BOQs, specs and project documentation.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety norms and regulations.
• Manage site activities, resolve technical challenges and drive efficiency.
• Track procurement, contractor performance and project billing.
• Prepare and present status reports to senior management.
• Ensure timely completion, testing and handover.
• Liaise with authorities for approvals and compliance.
• Mentor and guide site engineers and teams.

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Project Manager Civil to lead and manage real estate construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely project delivery, cost optimization, quality compliance, and effective coordination with all stakeholders involved in the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end execution of residential/commercial/ high rise real estate projects.
• Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
• Monitor project progress to ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
• Review engineering drawings, BOQs, technical specifications, and project documentation.
• Ensure compliance with construction quality standards, safety norms, and statutory regulations.
• Manage site activities, resolve technical challenges, and drive operational efficiency.
• Track material procurement, contractor performance, and project billing processes.
• Prepare and present project status reports/MIS to senior management.
• Ensure timely project completion, testing, commissioning, and handover.
• Liaise with local authorities and regulatory bodies for approvals and compliance requirements.
• Mentor and guide site engineers and project execution teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech Civil).
• Additional certification in Project Management (PMP/Primavera/MS Project) will be an added advantage.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 10–15 years of relevant experience in civil construction and project management within the real estate sector.
• Proven experience in handling residential, commercial, high-rise projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project planning, execution, and quality control.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera, and MS Office tools.
• Sound understanding of budgeting, cost control, contracts, and vendor management.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under tight deadlines.
