Job summary

Convurt in Pune is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end civil construction, finishing and interior works for corporate buildings and infrastructure.

You will coordinate contractors, consultants and vendors, manage schedules, cost, quality and safety, and present progress reports to senior management. A Civil Engineering degree with 10+ years of PMC experience is required, along with strong leadership and MS Project/Primavera skills.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in construction/project management.
• Experience in a PMC organisation is preferred/mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of civil construction, finishing, interiors and external development.
• Excellent communication, presentation and coordination skills.
• Strong leadership and contractor management capabilities.
• Proficiency in MS Project/Primavera, MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage projects within time, cost, quality parameters.

Responsibilities

• Manage complete Building Construction, finishing and office interior works from planning to handover.
• Lead external development works including access roads, drainage, paving and landscaping.
• Coordinate and manage contractors, consultants, architects, MEP teams and vendors.
• Monitor project schedule, quality, cost, safety and overall progress.
• Review drawings, BOQ, work programmes, measurements, RA bills and variations.
• Prepare and present weekly/monthly progress reports, project dashboards and MIS to the client/senior management.
• Identify project risks, resolve site issues and ensure timely completion.
• Drive coordination between all project stakeholders and ensure high-quality project delivery.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage end-to-end execution of corporate building and infrastructure projects, including civil construction, finishing, office interiors and external development.
