Tuv is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead high-rise residential or commercial building projects in Pune. You will oversee planning, execution, and delivery, coordinating with clients, consultants and contractors to ensure quality and on-time completion.

The role requires 15-20 years of experience in civil construction, independent project handling, and strong leadership and communication skills.

• 15-20 years of relevant experience in project management for high-rise residential or commercial projects.

• Experience in independently handling projects from start to handover.

• Review drawings, BOQs, specifications and construction plans.
• Manage site teams, subcontractors, materials and resources.
• Conduct project review meetings and prepare progress reports.
• Resolve site issues, delays and technical challenges.
• Ensure timely completion, testing, snag closure and project handover.

Job Description

We are hiring an experienced Project Manager for high-rise residential or commercial building projects in Pune. The candidate will be responsible for complete project execution, planning, monitoring and timely delivery.
