Job summary

Tuv is seeking a Sr Project Manager for high-rise residential or commercial buildings in Pune. You will oversee end-to-end project execution, planning, monitoring and timely delivery for complex high-rise projects.

The role requires 15-20 years of Civil Engineering experience, leadership, and proficiency in MS Project or Primavera. You will coordinate with clients, consultants, architects and contractors to ensure on-time handover and quality results.

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering (required).
• 15-20 years of relevant experience.
• Strong experience in high-rise residential or commercial projects.
• Experience in independently handling projects from start to handover.
• Knowledge of planning, billing, contracts, quality and safety.
• Proficiency in MS Project or Primavera will be preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities
