Adani Group seeks an accomplished Project Manager to lead end-to-end execution of high-rise residential, commercial, mixed-use, or township projects in Mumbai. Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering as mandatory.
• 12–18 years of experience in high-rise/residential or commercial projects.
• Must have managed 30+ floors/large township developments.
• Mandatory experience handling both EPC Contractors and PMC Consultants.
• Strong understanding of civil, structural, finishing, MEP, quality, contracts and controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of large-scale high-rise or township projects.
• Coordinate EPC contractors and PMC teams for planning, quality, safety, and reporting.
• Oversee civil, structural, architectural, MEP, finishing activities and site productivity.

Job Description – Project Manager (High-Rise Residential/Commercial Projects)

Role Purpose

The Project Manager will be responsible for end-to-end execution of large-scale High-Rise Residential, Commercial, Mixed-Use, or Township projects. The incumbent will lead project planning, execution, stakeholder management, contractor coordination, and project delivery while managing both EPC Contractors and PMC (Project Management Consultants) to ensure project completion within approved timelines, budget, quality, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

• Lead end-to-end construction execution of high-rise building projects from mobilization to handover.
• Develop project execution strategies, construction schedules, and resource deployment plans.
• Monitor project progress, productivity, and milestone achievements.
• Ensure timely completion of projects within budget and quality targets.

EPC & PMC Management (Mandatory)

• Manage and coordinate with EPC Contractors for construction execution.
• Drive performance reviews and progress monitoring of EPC partners.
• Closely work with PMC teams for project planning, quality control, safety compliance, and reporting.
• Resolve project bottlenecks and ensure alignment among consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.

Construction Management

• Oversee civil, structural, architectural, MEP, and finishing activities.
• Monitor site productivity, manpower deployment, and subcontractor performance.
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project standards.
• Track construction progress against baseline schedules.

Stakeholder Management

• Coordinate with Architects, Structural Consultants, MEP Consultants, Government Authorities, EPC Contractors, and PMC teams.
• Conduct weekly and monthly project review meetings.
• Present project status reports to senior leadership.

Commercial & Contract Management

• Review contractor bills, variations, claims, and project budgets.
• Monitor project cash flow and cost control measures.
• Ensure contractual compliance and effective change management.

Quality & Safety

• Ensure adherence to project quality standards and SOPs.
• Drive implementation of safety initiatives across the project.
• Conduct regular audits and corrective action reviews.

Mandatory Requirements

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• 12-18 years of experience in execution of High-Rise Residential or Commercial Projects.
• Must have managed projects of 30+ floors / large-scale township developments.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience with reputed developers such as Lodha, Godrej Properties, Prestige, Brigade, DLF, Oberoi Realty, Shapoorji Pallonji, L&T, Tata Projects, Ahluwalia, NCC, Capacit'e, JMC, Afcons, etc.
• Strong exposure to High-Rise Residential, Commercial Towers, Mixed-Use Developments, Integrated Townships, or Premium Real Estate Projects.
• Proven track record of handling projects through EPC and PMC delivery models.
• Experience managing project values exceeding ₹300 Cr to ₹1,000+ Cr is highly preferred.
