Job summary

Rohan Builders and Developers Pvt Ltd invites an experienced Project Manager (High-Rise Residential) to lead end-to-end construction for flagship towers in Pune. Ideal candidates will have 15-20 years in real estate construction, including at least 5 years managing high-rise projects of 20+ floors, with B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

Deep knowledge of concrete technology, MEP integration, and premium finishing is required.

Qualifications

• Education: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
• Experience: 15 to 20 years in real estate construction, with at least 5 years specifically managing high-rise building projects (minimum 20+ floors).
• Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of concrete technology, high-rise MEP integration, and premium finishing works.
• Leadership: Strong team management, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Local Knowledge: Familiarity with Pune's construction market, local labour dynamics, and regulatory compliance is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end construction operations for high-rise structures from excavation to handover.
• Develop detailed project execution plans, micro-schedules, and resource mobilization strategies.
• Monitor daily progress against master schedules using MSP or similar tools.
• Manage high-rise specific construction techniques including advanced formwork systems (Mivan/Aluform).
• Control project costs and minimize variances from the approved budget.
• Certify contractor bills, review variation orders, and manage vendor contracts.
• Optimize resource utilization including labour, machinery, and materials.
• Enforce QA/QC standards on site and implement zero-tolerance safety policies.
• Coordinate with architects, structural and MEP consultants, and liaising teams.
• Provide regular project status updates to senior management.

Purpose of the role

Accountable for successful completion of project within speculated timeline and budget by adhering to quality and safety standards of the organization.

Key Responsibilities-

Project Execution & Management

• Lead end-to-end construction operations for high-rise structures from excavation to handover.
• Develop detailed project execution plans, micro-schedules, and resource mobilization strategies.

• Coordinate seamlessly with architects, structural consultants, MEP consultants, and liaising teams.
• Manage and mentor a large site team of engineers, supervisors, and contractors.
• Provide regular project status updates to senior management.
