Job summary

Mars Consultancy And Placements in Pune, India, is seeking a Civil Engineer to lead end-to-end execution of residential high-rise projects. You will plan, monitor, and control activities to ensure on-time completion and coordinate with consultants, architects, and internal teams.

The role requires 8 to 18 years in real estate construction, strong leadership, and a proven ability to manage site execution teams, subcontractors, and safety standards while maintaining quality and reporting progress

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
• 8 to 18 years of experience in Real Estate Construction.
• Experience in residential high-rise building projects preferred.
• Strong project execution, planning, coordination, and team-handling skills.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end execution and management of residential high-rise real estate projects.
• Plan, monitor, and control project activities to ensure timely completion.
• Lead and manage site execution teams, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Coordinate with consultants, architects, PMC, and internal departments.
• Supervise RCC, masonry, plaster, waterproofing, finishing, and other civil works.
• Ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.
• Monitor project progress, manpower, materials, and resources.
• Ensure effective coordination between execution, planning, quality, safety, billing, and procurement teams.
• Review project schedules and take corrective actions to avoid delays.
• Monitor contractor performance and ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues.
• Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards at the project site.
• Conduct regular site meetings and provide progress updates to management.
• Maintain proper project documentation and reports.
