Job summary

Namrata Group in Maharashtra is seeking a seasoned Civil Project Manager to lead large-scale high-rise residential developments. You will oversee end-to-end project delivery, planning, scheduling, RCC and structural execution, finishing, MEP coordination, drawing coordination, and contractor management.

• B.E./B.Tech. in Civil Engineering is required.
• 20+ years in civil construction or real estate.
• Proven track record leading large-scale high-rise residential projects.
• Experience with projects of 1518 lakh sq ft or more.
• Experience managing multiple towers, basements, podiums, and large residential developments.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end project management from planning to delivery.
• Plan and schedule project activities to meet milestones.
• Oversee RCC and structural execution.
• Coordinate finishing, interiors, and MEP works.
• Coordinate drawing and design activities with consultants.
• Manage contractors and key stakeholders.
• Plan resources and track utilization.
• Ensure quality, safety, and compliance with budgets.
• Conduct data analysis, MIS reporting and project reviews.
• Maintain project reviews and stakeholder communications.
