Job summary

Tuv is seeking an experienced Project Engineer to manage and supervise the execution of high-rise building projects in Pune. You will plan, oversee site activities, ensure safety and quality, and coordinate with consultants, contractors and internal teams.

The ideal candidate has 10–12 years of civil construction experience, strong RCC/MEP knowledge, and proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Project. You will independently drive site execution and reporting.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering is required.
• 10–12 years of relevant construction experience.
• Strong experience in high-rise residential or commercial building projects.
• Sound knowledge of RCC structures, finishing works and MEP coordination.
• Ability to independently handle site execution and contractor coordination.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office and MS Project/Primavera preferred.
• Strong communication, planning and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise RCC, civil, finishing and external development works.

• Monitor site progress against the approved project schedule.
• Review drawings, specifications, BOQs and method statements.
• Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP teams and contractors.
• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and quality standards.
• Manage subcontractors, labour, materials and site resources.
• Monitor measurements, contractor bills and material consumption.
• Resolve technical and execution-related site issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and statutory requirements.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly progress reports.
• Support testing, snag rectification and project handover activities.
