Job summary

Rohan Corporation seeks a Project Head to lead end-to-end execution of premium residential and commercial developments across multiple sites in Karnataka. You will oversee planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and QC, coordinating with architects, consultants, and contractors.

The role requires a BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering with 15–20+ years in real estate/construction and at least 8 years in leadership.

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
• M.Tech / MBA in Project Management preferred.
• Experience in real estate/construction leadership roles will be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of multiple real estate projects from planning to final handover.
• Prepare and monitor project schedules, milestones, and execution plans.
• Ensure projects are completed within the approved budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, structural engineers, MEP consultants, and contractors.
• Drive value engineering and cost optimization without compromising quality.
• Review project budgets, BOQs, contractor bills, and cost reports.
• Ensure timely procurement of materials and equipment in coordination with the Procurement team.
• Monitor daily site progress and resolve technical and operational challenges.
• Ensure adherence to RERA, local authority approvals, statutory regulations, and company policies.
• Implement and monitor safety standards and quality control procedures across all sites.
• Lead Project Managers, Site Engineers, QA/QC, Safety, Planning, and MEP teams.
• Conduct regular project review meetings and submit MIS reports to Senior Management.
• Coordinate with the Sales, CRM, and Facility Management teams for timely possession and project handover.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans.
• Develop SOPs and best practices for project execution across all ongoing and upcoming projects.
• Support land due diligence, project feasibility, and planning for future developments.

Qualifications

Educational Qualification

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Mandatory)
• M.Tech / MBA in Project Management (Preferred)

Experience

• 15–20+ years in the real estate/construction industry.
• Minimum 8 years in a leadership role managing large residential or commercial projects.
• Experience handling multiple projects simultaneously will be preferred.
