Job summary

CRC Group in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh is seeking a seasoned professional to lead the complete project lifecycle of high-rise residential towers. The ideal candidate should have over 18 years of experience in construction with a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. Responsibilities include overseeing site execution, budgeting, and coordinating with various teams to ensure project success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18+ years of experience in high-rise residential construction projects.
• Proven experience in handling end-to-end execution of large-scale residential developments.
• PMP certification will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead complete project lifecycle from planning, design coordination, execution to handover of high-rise residential towers.
• Oversee site execution including civil, structural, finishing, MEP, facade, and external development works.
• Prepare and monitor project schedules using MSP / Primavera and ensure milestone achievement.
• Control project cost, budgeting, cash flow planning, and vendor billing certification.
• Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP consultants, and contractors.
• Ensure quality control systems and adherence to approved drawings & specifications.
• Ensure compliance with local statutory regulations, RERA norms, safety standards, and environmental guidelines.
• Lead procurement strategy, contractor finalization, and rate negotiations.
• Review risk assessment and implement mitigation strategies to avoid project delays.
• Provide regular MIS reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Manage large teams including Project Managers, Engineers, QA/QC, Safety, and Planning teams.
• Drive safety culture and ensure zero major incidents on site.
