Job summary

Mittal Group in Pune is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead planning, execution, and delivery of residential and commercial real estate projects.

The role involves managing timelines, budgets, quality standards, contractor coordination, and statutory compliance from initiation to handover, with on-site supervision and team mentorship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in project management within the real estate or construction industry.
• Hands-on experience in both Mivan and Conventional Construction systems is mandatory.
• Experience in managing residential and commercial high-rise projects will be preferred.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, execution, budgeting, and cost control.
• Proficiency in project management tools and scheduling software like MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, and SketchUp.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor construction projects within approved timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
• Prepare and monitor project schedules using project management tools to ensure timely completion.
• Supervise on-site construction activities and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, BOQs, and quality standards.
• Monitor project budgets, control costs, and optimize resource utilization.
• Identify project risks, resolve site-related challenges, and implement corrective actions to avoid delays.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, statutory approvals, and company quality standards.
• Review contractor bills, project progress, material planning, and procurement schedules.
• Conduct regular project review meetings and submit MIS reports, progress reports, and project updates to management.
• Lead and mentor site engineers, supervisors, and project coordination teams to achieve project milestones.
• Coordinate project handover activities and ensure timely closure of project deliverables.
