Job summary

Tuv is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead high-rise residential or commercial construction projects in Pune. The role requires expertise in end-to-end project execution, planning, monitoring and on-time delivery.

The candidate will oversee coordination across RCC, civil, finishing, facade and MEP works, with strong leadership and stakeholder-management skills to drive safe, compliant project handovers.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• 15-20 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in high-rise residential or commercial projects.
• Independently handle projects from start to handover.
• Knowledge of planning, billing, contracts, quality and safety.
• Proficiency in MS Project or Primavera.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end execution of high-rise building projects.
