Job summary

Reva Infrastructure Incorporation in Bhopal is seeking a Sr. Engineer – Civil with 5–10 years of hands-on experience in high-rise building construction. The role focuses on site execution, quality control, planning, coordination and supervision of civil activities.

You will supervise RCC works, manage manpower and subcontractors, ensure QA/QC and safety compliance, and prepare DPRs and measurements to support project targets within schedule.

Qualifications

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in high‑rise building construction.
• Strong knowledge of RCC and structural construction.
• Must have hands‑on experience in high‑rise residential/commercial building projects.
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel and construction drawings.
• Strong manpower and subcontractor management skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to independently handle site execution and meet project deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and execute high‑rise building construction as per approved drawings, specifications, and schedules.
• Manage RCC works including footing, raft, columns, beams, slabs, shear walls, core walls, and staircase.
• Coordinate with Architect, Structural Consultant, PMC, MEP and subcontractors.
• Check reinforcement, shuttering/formwork, concrete pouring and finishing before execution.
• Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, method statements and quality standards.
• Monitor daily progress and prepare Daily Progress Reports (DPR).
• Manage manpower, materials, tools and equipment at site.
• Conduct quantity measurements and assist in BOQ, billing and quantity reconciliation.
• Identify site issues and coordinate with the concerned team for timely resolution.
• Ensure proper line, level, alignment and dimensions of structural and finishing works.
• Monitor construction activities to achieve project targets within the scheduled timeline.
• Ensure compliance with QA/QC and Safety requirements at site.
• Maintain site records, inspection requests, checklists and relevant documentation.
