Job summary

Edubridge Learning in New Delhi, India, invites an experienced Project Manager to drive profitability and oversee project operations in the education/training domain. You will manage people, coordinate BP partnerships, and ensure timely MIS and reporting, while aligning with quality standards and revenue targets.

The role requires 6+ years of operational experience in Education/Training, with MBA preferred, and a proven track record in project leadership and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

  • Graduate in any discipline; MBA is preferred.
  • Operational experience of at least 6 years with a proven track record.

Responsibilities

  • Take full and sole accountability for the Project PL and establish and operate the planned delivery channel - Business Partner.
  • Oversee daily operations and Project activities through assigned staff; prioritize and delegate work.
  • Prepare monthly/ quarterly Mobilisation - training - Placement plan and execute to ensure revenue viability.
  • Drive high quality of training delivery at BP batches with TEMs (Training Excellence Manager).
  • Ensure pre and post assessment with BP for aspirants to provide the right job.
  • Own project-level decisions on people, financials, resources and other matters.
  • Plan Human Resources in the Project and with BP to optimize utilization.
  • Handle disputes within team and BP; resolve them to satisfaction of stakeholders.
  • Manage good relationship with BP and their associates.
  • Ensure all reports and MIS are up to date; ensure BP invoices are raised on time with documentation.

Key Deliverables
  • Drives profitability and operational activities for the Project
  • Responsible for overall financial performance and quality standards of the Project
  • Responsible to meet the operational financial targets of the Project - Responsible for people management
  • Responsible for the recruitment training of the Project team
  • Overall support to Project team (Internal/external) from HO
  • Coordination for Reports ,MIS and Documentation

  • Ensure all MIS is up to date with current status
  • Ensure all BP invoices and raised on time with proper documentation for timely payments
