Job summary

Greytip Software Private Limited is seeking a Project Manager to drive profitability and oversee end-to-end project operations. You will lead the project P&L, coordinate with HO for resources, and ensure timely delivery of training and placement plans.

The role emphasizes strong people management and stakeholder collaboration to meet revenue and quality targets. Ideal candidates have Graduate or MBA background with at least 6 years of operational experience in Education/Teaching/Training

  • Operational experience of at least 6 years with proven track record.
  • Industry: Education/Teaching/Training; Recruitment/Staffing.
  • Functional Area: Sales, Retail, Business Management, Profit Centre Management, Operations.

Job description

  • Responsible for overall financial performance and quality standards of the Project

  • Overall support to Project team (Internal/external) from HO
  • Coordination for Reports ,MIS and Documentation

Responsibility
  • Take full and sole accountability for the Project P&L and establish andoperate the planned delivery channel – Business Partner
  • Oversee daily operations and Project activities through assigned staff;prioritize and delegate work activities.
  • Prepare the monthly/ quarterly Mobilisation –training – Placement plan withBP and executing the plan to ensure revenue viability and institutionalfeasibility.
  • Drive high quality of training delivery at BP batches with TEM’s (TrainingExcellence Manager)
  • Ensure the pre and post assessment process with BP for the aspirants toprovide the right job to the candidate.
  • Own Project-level decision-making of all people issues, financial decisions,resources and other matters
  • Plan the Human Resources in the Project and with BP in order to achieveoptimum utilization and productivity
  • Handle disputes if any within team and BP resolve them to the satisfaction ofthe organization and other stakeholders
  • Manage good relationship with BP and their associates
  • Ensure all reports and documentations are completed in time
  • Ensure all MIS is up to date with current status
  • Ensure all BP invoices and raised on time with proper documentation fortimely payments
