Job summary

Shashwath Solution is seeking skilled Site Engineers across Civil, Electrical, Plumbing, Finishing and HVAC disciplines. You will oversee site execution from contractor side in large-scale projects such as 5-star hotels, leading hospitals, or major commercial buildings.

Candidates must have a degree/diploma in engineering with at least 6 years of domain-experience and a strong grasp of drawings, safety, and project coordination.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Engineering with relevant trades.
• Minimum 6 years of domain-specific experience in site execution on building construction projects.
• Hands-on experience with contractors on large-scale projects like 5-star hotels, hospitals, or commercial buildings.
• Strong understanding of drawings, construction sequences, quality standards and safety practices.
• Excellent coordination, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and execute site activities related to Civil, Finishing, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC.
• Interpret construction drawings, specifications, and ensure proper implementation at site.
• Monitor daily progress and ensure work is per approved plans, quality standards, and safety norms.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Ensure timely availability of materials, manpower, and tools for uninterrupted workflow.
• Identify and resolve technical issues and delays during execution.
• Maintain site records including daily progress reports, inspections and quality checklists.
• Ensure compliance with project timelines and cost control measures.
• Conduct regular quality and safety inspections to meet project standards.
• Assist in commissioning activities, snag list closure, and handover procedures.

• Strong understanding of drawings, construction sequences, quality standards, and safety practices.
• Excellent coordination, organizational, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with construction tools, equipment, and relevant software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project).

Preferred Experience

• Background with top‑tier contractors or real estate developers.
• Involvement in high‑end or fast‑track construction projects.
• Knowledge of sustainable construction practices and latest technologies in your domain.
