Himalayan Manpower Servises is seeking an Interior Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day interior execution across PAN India, ensuring work aligns with drawings, specs, safety, and timelines. The role covers hospital and retail interiors, coordinating with designers, architects, and consultants to resolve site issues.
You will manage contractors, monitor materials, and oversee MEP coordination, with emphasis on quality control and snag-free handover.
Role Purpose: To supervise day-to-day interior execution at project sites, ensuring that work is completed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and project timelines.
Supervise daily interior works including civil, partitions, ceilings, flooring, painting, carpentry, furniture, glass, electrical and other finishing works
Read and execute architectural/interior drawings; coordinate with designers, architects and consultants regarding site issues
Coordinate works around OT, procedure rooms, patient areas, laboratories, reception, consultation rooms, HVAC, medical-gas and other healthcare-specific services
Supervise shopfronts, display units, counters, signage, lighting, flooring, ceiling and merchandising fixtures
Allocate work to contractors and subcontractors; monitor manpower, productivity and workmanship
Check material deliveries against approved specifications; prevent wastage and maintain proper site storage
Inspect workmanship and ensure execution matches approved drawings, BOQ, specifications and finish standards
Coordinate civil/interior activities with electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire-fighting, networking and other MEP services
Track daily progress against the project schedule and report delays or site constraints
Verify quantities executed by contractors and assist in preparing measurement sheets/bills
Maintain daily progress reports, manpower reports, material records, snag lists and site photographs
Coordinate with client representatives, architects, vendors, contractors and project managers
Identify defects, coordinate rectification and ensure completion before handover
Monitor material wastage, rework and additional works; report variations before execution
Maintain updated drawings, approvals, material samples, inspection records and handover documentation
