Job summary

Manpowergroup Services India is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support project operations in Chennai. You will handle sample ordering, quote preparation, and ensure timely PO receipt and delivery coordination with production plants.

You will also manage documentation, invoicing, SAP activities, and logistics coordination, visiting customer locations as required to support project milestones and closure of action items.

Responsibilities

• Sample ordering management for projects and quote preparation for samples
• PO receipt from customer and tracking to delivery
• Sample order creation and close collaboration with production plants for critical cases
• Calibration vehicle and materials management including inwarding, returning, and tracking
• Service invoice request creation with required documents and tracking
• OPL maintenance for projects and circulation of MoM to participants
• Preparation of slides for review meetings
• Documentation support for PM processes and QG reviews
• Maintaining documents in project folders
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for task closure and open points
• Manage short-term projects like fleet run and catalyst testing independently
• Visit customer locations as per project requirements
• Periodic follow-ups with customers for PO amendments and price updates in SAP
• Receipt of sample orders and processing to support on-time delivery
• Overdue payment follow-ups for samples and service invoices and closure
• Coordination with logistics on critical supply topics

• Support in preparation of slides for review meetings.
• Supporting in documentation related to Project Management processes & QG Reviews
• Maintaining documents in project folders
• Coordination with internal stakeholders for closure of tasks and Open points
• Managing short term projects like Fleet run, Catalyst testing activities independently
• Visit to customer locations as per project requirement.
