Job summary

Gaurs is seeking a project coordinator to drive on-site execution across multiple trades. The role focuses on coordinating with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Planning, QA/QC, Procurement, Billing & Contracts, and MEP teams to keep activities on track.

You will monitor schedules, prepare progress reports, manage documentation, and support planning, resource coordination, and stakeholder communication to ensure timely project delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating cross-functional project teams on site.
• Ability to track schedules, milestones and progress.
• Proficient in maintaining project documentation and reports.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with PMs, site engineers, QA/QC, procurement, billing & contracts, and MEP teams.
• Track project schedules and milestones to ensure timely completion.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports and dashboards.
• Monitor project documentation including drawings, approvals, MOMs, and correspondence.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders for execution.
• Assist in project planning, resource coordination, and progress review meetings.
• Support billing, material reconciliation, procurement tracking, and project control.
• Identify risks, delays, bottlenecks and escalate critical issues.

• Monitor project documentation including drawings, approvals, reports, MOMs, and correspondence.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, vendors, and internal stakeholders for execution-related requirements.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports, MIS reports, dashboards, and project status updates.
• Follow up on pending actions, material requirements, approvals, and site issues to ensure timely closure.
• Maintain project records, trackers, and documentation for effective project monitoring and control.
• Assist in project planning, resource coordination, and progress review meetings.
• Support billing, material reconciliation, procurement tracking, and project control activities.
• Coordinate project handover documentation, snag closure tracking, and compliance requirements.
• Identify project risks, delays, and bottlenecks, and escalation critical issues to management.
• Ensure effective communication between project teams and stakeholders for seamless project delivery.
