Job summary

Flickverse is seeking a Project Manager to coordinate multiple client implementation projects from kickoff to go-live. You will prepare and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and task assignments.

You'll follow up with internal teams and clients to ensure timely deliverables, track progress, identify risks, conduct status meetings, and maintain documentation. The role involves coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring go-live readiness.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple client implementation projects from kickoff to go-live.
• Prepare and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and task assignments.
• Follow up with internal teams and clients to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Track project progress and identify delays, risks, dependencies, and blockers.
• Conduct regular project status meetings and prepare meeting minutes and action items.
• Maintain project documentation, trackers, implementation plans, and status reports.
• Coordinate with technical, functional, product, support, and client teams.
• Ensure project management tools are updated accurately and regularly.
• Escalate critical issues and timeline risks to the relevant stakeholders.
• Monitor testing, UAT, issue resolution, deployment, and go-live readiness.
• Ensure client requirements and agreed project scope are clearly communicated to all teams.
• Support resource planning and coordinate team availability across projects.
• Provide regular progress reports to management and clients.
• Ensure proper project handover to the support team after successful go-live.
