• Payment realization: ensure timely invoicing and follow-ups for milestone remittance.
• Final commercial settlement/change order settlement with client.

• Leading project group: guide engineers to meet project requirements.

Job description

• 1. Developing a project plan: From Project Takeover, define base line scope, projects cost, schedule timeline, critical points, deliverables and tasks.
• 2. Organizing the team: Organizing the team to discuss project requirements/scope and assignment of tasks with target dates.
• 3. Liasoning with Client: From starting with KOM, coordinating with client for project task as per communication protocol. Project tasks are comprised of like; Submission of relevant project documents to Client and ensure to obtain timely approvals, communicating project schedule, Maintain effective working & cordial relationships with customers.
• 4. Implementing the project plan: Coordinate the completion of milestones and different project phases. Establish efficient workflows and monitor the progress of team. Ensure effective communication in the team so that everyone working on the project has the same & latest information.
• 5. Financial Monitoring: Prepare Project(s) Budget, Cash Flow & Invoice Plan, Base Line Project Financial Status Report. Review Monthly Project Financial status and manage change control, taking action to mitigate liability for overrun.
• 6. Schedule Monitoring: Assist in the development of the project schedule using the resources of the Planning and Control function and ensure that the updates to the schedule accurately reflect actual progress. Coordinate to achieve the project delivery schedule.
• 7. Project risk analysis: Conduct risk analysis to uncover any potential project related risk.
• 8. Payment realization: Ensure timing raising of Performa invoice to claim milestone payment and follow for remittance from Client.
• 9. Final commercial Settlement/Change order settlement: Ensure timely and effective settlement of change order with Client.
• 10. Co-ordinating after sales/site issues- Ensure timely and effective co-ordination of after sales or site issues.
• 11. Leading Project group: Leading one project group. Directing, motivating the project engineers to meet the project requirements.
