The Project Coordinator will manage project statuses, organize Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), prepare purchase orders, and ensure accurate documentation for customs clearance.

Job description

The Project Coordinator is responsible for the execution support of assigned projects, including coordination of engineering, procurement, documentation, and logistics activities. The role also involves assisting with site activities such as FAT, material tracking, and documentation to ensure timely project delivery and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and update project status, progress, delays, supply requirements, invoicing, and receipts by coordinating with project engineers, technical support, AMC, logistics, accounts, and purchase teams.
• Coordinate Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) by scheduling, managing client/engineer availability, and arranging transport.
• Assist with ticket and hotel bookings when required.
• Prepare purchase orders for imported items and coordinate with freight forwarders for timely imports.
• Support LC processing and order amendments in collaboration with banks and principals.
• Prepare documents for customs clearance and shipping.
• Generate challans for project material dispatch and maintain inventory records.
• Track readiness and availability of project materials for dispatch.
• Follow up with vendors to expedite deliveries.
• Organize review meetings and maintain accurate meeting documentation.
