Job summary

Pronk Multiservice in Pune, Maharashtra, seeks a logistics & operations coordinator to ensure timely project dispatch, packing, and on-site service. You will oversee packing plans, allocate drivers, coordinate with customers, and manage quotations and payments in line with company systems.

The role requires meticulous planning, strong communication with buyers and suppliers, and adherence to BOM/DWG specs, FHAT/HSE compliance, and timely reporting on quotes and invoices.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all projects are dispatched on time.
• Oversee packing plans for all projects at site.
• Coordinate PMSB vehicle maintenance, service, and document verification.
• Allocate PMSB vehicle drivers monthly.
• Coordinate with customers to plan production and packing in advance per system.
• Complete packing and lashing on time per customer schedule at site.
• Support and follow up on new quotations per weekly sales report.
• Receive inquiries from regular customers.
• Prepare design and BOM within deadlines.
• Prepare costing within deadlines.
• Send quotations to customers within deadlines.
• Follow up on customer POs and vendor registrations.
• Receive POs from customers.
• Send MRP to store for projects.
• Complete production on time per BOM and DWG.
• Provide on-site service on time per policy.
• Coordinate with packing team to verify packing status and approve OT for site work.
• Ensure FHAT documents compliance.
• Ensure HSE documents compliance.
• Prepare HT certificates/reports monthly/quarterly; acknowledge DC, job sheets, invoices.
• Prepare quotation tracking reports.
• Follow up on customer payments.
• Conclude post-quotation calculations.

Job description

• *Over looking of all projects packing plan at site.
• *PMSB Vehicle Maintenance, Service, and other Document verification and Validation.
• *PMSB Vehicle Driver allocation monthly.
• *Coordinate with customers and Plan the production & packing activities well in advance as per companies system.
• *Complete the packing and lashing on time as per customer schedule at site
• *Support and follow-up for the new quotation as per weekly sales report
• *Receiving enquiry from regular customer
• *Preparing Design & BOM within time limit
• *Preparing Costing within time limit
• *Sending the quotation to customer within time limit
• *Follow-up for the customer PO & Vendor registration
• *Receiving PO from customer
• *Sending MRP to store for the projects
• *Completing the production within time as per BOM and DWG
• *On time onsite service as per company policy and regulations
• *Co-ordinating with the Packing team at the site to cross-check the status of packing condition and approving OT for site work
• *FHAT Documents Compliance
• *HSE Documents Compliance
• *HT certificate and report preparation monthly/quarterly *Acknowledgment of DC, Job sheet, Invoice
