Job description

Project Architect with 19+ years of experience in developer-side or senior consultant roles, with strong exposure to high-rise residential, mixed-use, retail or hospitality projects.

The candidate will lead architectural design development, coordinate external consultants and drive projects from concept through GFC issuance, site execution and completion.

Responsibilities include reviewing execution drawings, GFC sets, shop drawings, faade mock-ups and material samples; resolving RFIs and site issues; and ensuring design intent, quality and documentation standards are maintained.

Strong knowledge of NBC, local DCRs, fire and life-safety, accessibility and statutory requirements is essential.

Hands-on experience with faade systems, construction detailing, authority submissions and occupancy requirements is preferred.

The candidate should be capable of leading PMCs, contractors and specialist consultants, supporting value engineering without compromising design intent, and making decisive site-level decisions.

Strong communication, ownership, detailing and stakeholder-management skills are required.
